Biography

Harry Amandus Johannes Marinus Pedersen was born on August 30, 1864, in Vestergade 14a, Aalborg, Aalborg Budolfi, Fleskum, Aalborg, Denmark [1][2] . He was the son of Christian Rickart Pedersen, who was born on November 6, 1835, in Gug, Sdr. Tranders, Denmark [1] , and Christine Elisabeth Pedersen (born Andersdatter), whose birth took place on February 15, 1827, in Askersund Landsförsamling, Örebro, Sweden [1] . However, another record suggests she may have been born around 1827 in Göteborg, Sweden [2] . Harry was baptized on October 16, 1864, in Aalborg Budolfi, Fleskum, Aalborg, Denmark [1][2] . He had six siblings: Carl Peter, Ane Kirstine Marie, Frederik Christian Emil, Anette Mathilde Elisabeth, Anton Elias Ferdinand, and Antonette Martine Elisabeth [1] . Two other sources confirm his brothers Frederik Christian Emil and Anton Elias Ferdinand [2] . Harry married Christine Marie Martha Richardt, who was born on December 1, 1866, in Torpet Kjær, Vadum Sogn, Kær Herred, Aalborg Amt, Denmark [1][2] . They were wed on December 4, 1891, in Sulsted, Aalborg, Denmark [1][2] . Together they had a large family with fourteen children: Lars Richart, an unnamed daughter, Anne Johanne Kristine, Kristian Peter Frederik, Laurits Peter, Frederik Johannes Richard, Harald August, Herman Marinus, Kirstine Elisabeth, Elna Marie Elnora, Jens Thorval, Olga Mariane Helene, Cecilia, and Harry Richard [1] .
